Call His Bluff

So... Senator McCain has threatened to not show up to the first presidential debate in Oxford, MS tomorrow night if there is no deal to bail out Wall Street. I say the Democrats in Congress should call his bluff, not finalize a deal, and see if McCain really doesn't show up. If he doesn't it will be a disaster for him, and frankly I hope he's dumb enough to follow through on his threat.
