The Kit is Complete

I took the plunge today and bought the lens that completes my camera kit. Whew! Another big purchase, but well worth it, I think. So my basic kit now consists of:

• Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi 
• Opteka Battery Grip 
• Canon 17-40mm f/4 L lens 
• Canon 50mm f/1.8 lens 
• Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 II APO EX DG Macro lens 
• A handful of SanDisk CF cards 2/4GB 

And that's what I walk around with. When I'm carrying around my MacBook Pro as well, it gets a little heavy, but that's good for me. Now I need to remember to call the insurance company and add the new lens to my coverage. Oddly Ritz Camera did not have any 77mm UV filters.

BTW, if anyone wants to contribute to my hobby you can throw a couple CF cards my way from my Amazon Wish list . You can never have enough fast memory cards.
