This is one of those "happy accident" shots that makes you just stop and stare at the photo because it is just so damn compelling. I can't stop looking at this photo despite the action being blurry and in the background.
The photo appears to be just a throw away shot that perhaps might have gotten deleted. Then your eyes are drawn to what is happening in the background there and suddenly you're hooked. You can't look away. This is life, raw and in all it's glory and horror encapsulated in one photograph.
This is truly "nature, red in tooth and claw" as Alfred, Lord Tennyson wrote about in his poem "In Memoriam A.H.H."
