During my lunch break I had a few free minutes to kill so I fired up the new iMovie, from iLife '09. The new features are very nicely done. Bravo, Apple.
The Image Stabilization feature works very well and the new themes and backgrounds make my cheesey little 2 minute video look a lot better. I threw up a newly edited version of the video I took of the Roman ruins at Baalbek, Lebanon and now I'm cool like Indiana Jones.
The transitions also work much better in this version of iMovie than they did in the previous version. I may have to hit Circuit City this weekend and pick up a cheap HD camcorder and start making my own movies.
Gotta get geared up for that trip to Africa!
